Order Cancellation Eligibility
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped may be eligible for a full refund.
- Once an order has been processed, prepared for shipment, or picked up, it cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation

- Provide Order Information – Include your order number, name, and reason for cancellation.
- Wait for Confirmation – We will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible.
Cancellation Fees
- If your order is canceled before processing, no cancellation fee applies.
- If your order is already in processing but not yet shipped, a restocking fee of 5% may apply.
- Orders that have been shipped or picked up cannot be canceled and must be handled under our Return & Refund Policy.
Refund for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Custom & Special Orders
- Custom orders and special bulk orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable once placed.
- Deposits made for bulk or reserved inventory are non-refundable.
No-Show & Unclaimed Orders
- If an order is not picked up within 2 days of the scheduled pickup date, we reserve the right to cancel the order without a refund.
- Customers must communicate any pickup delays in advance to avoid order cancellation.
