Refund & Return Policy

At  Pallet Wholesale & Liquidation, we strive to provide high-quality liquidation pallets and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes returns and refunds may be necessary, and we want to make the process as smooth as possible. Please read our Refund & Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The pallet or merchandise must be in the same condition as when purchased.
  • The return request must be made within 3 days of purchase.
  • The pallet must not have been opened, altered, or removed from its original condition.
  • Refunds will only be issued if the merchandise was misrepresented or significantly different from the description.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

  • Opened or altered pallets.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “As-Is”.
  • Customer-damaged products.
  • Partially used or missing products from a pallet.

3. Return Process

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Provide Proof – Attach photos and a description of the issue for verification.
  3. Approval & Return Instructions – Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the pallet or merchandise.
  4. Return the Items – Customers are responsible for shipping or bringing the pallet back to our warehouse.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 4 – 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or store credit.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order:

  • Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue through a refund, replacement, or store credit.
